• The operations match the observed failure.
• The replay result matches the expected outcome.
• The delivery target is understood.

Approve

Record an approval without merging or deploying.

Click the Approve proposal button in the Repair proposal section. Approval records the reviewer and decision; it does not apply, merge, or deploy the patch.

Reject

Record why the proposal should not be delivered.

Reject a proposal when its assumptions, evidence links, supported operations, or expected result are not acceptable. The incident remains available for further investigation.
