Does Seamward sit in the critical path?
Understand observe-only collection.
No. The collector is observe-only and fail-open. The customer application’s handler, provider acknowledgement, retries, and business result remain authoritative when Seamward is unavailable.
Does Seamward store raw payloads?
Understand redaction and minimisation.
Raw payload storage is not required. The default posture transmits structural shapes, fingerprints, metadata, and hashed correlation identifiers after collector-side redaction.
Does Seamward deploy repairs automatically?
Understand human approval and delivery boundaries.
No. AI proposes a bounded candidate, deterministic replay validates it, and a human approves or rejects it. Export and GitHub delivery remain separate review actions; Seamward does not merge or deploy automatically.
