Onboarding
Resolve workspace, invitation, and verification problems.
- Use the newest unexpired invitation.
- Check the spam folder, then ask the inviter to resend the invitation when verification mail is missing.
- Verify the account email before signing in.
- Confirm the user has an active membership in the selected workspace.
Ingestion
Resolve collector and observation problems.
- Match Source, Integration, and token scope.
- Inspect collector counters and the endpoint URL.
- Send one safe test event and flush explicitly.
- Correct 4xx rejection before retrying.
Repairs
Resolve AI provider, validation, and GitHub delivery problems.
- Confirm repair proposal generation is enabled for your workspace; contact support when the Generate proposal action is unavailable.
- Require a valid replay dataset before generation.
- Inspect deterministic validation failures before retrying.
- Reconnect or update GitHub App permissions when external delivery fails.
