Billing questions

What counts, what it costs, and what happens at the limit

Does one subscription cover multiple workspaces?
Yes. One subscription covers your workspaces in the same account. Adding a workspace does not add a separate charge. Plan allowances are shared across those workspaces. Developer includes up to three active workspaces; paid plans include multiple workspaces.
Are paid plans charged per member?
No. Every paid plan includes unlimited members. Pricing follows the integration estate and the evidence workload rather than the number of reviewers on an incident.
What counts as an observation?
An observation is one unique, successfully recorded redacted evidence envelope for an API call, webhook, or processing outcome, whether healthy or unhealthy. Invalid rejected envelopes and duplicate delivery of the same event ID do not count. A genuine retry with a new event ID counts separately.
What happens when usage reaches a plan limit?
There are no automatic overage charges. We review sustained usage across the account with you before moving it to a higher plan or an Enterprise agreement.
Does Seamward store raw payloads?
Raw payload storage is off by default. The collector applies redaction and hashing before evidence is transmitted to Seamward.
How does annual billing work?
Annual plans are paid once per year and include two months at no additional cost compared with monthly billing.
