Terms of service

Seamward is an integration reliability control plane. It observes redacted integration evidence, detects contract or business-outcome drift, reconstructs incidents, validates candidate repairs against controlled replay data, and prepares evidence for engineering review.

Approval from your team remains required before any repair is accepted or delivered. Seamward is not a substitute for your monitoring, security, testing, backup, change-management, or professional judgement.

The service is intended for business and professional use by individuals aged 18 or older. You must provide accurate account information, protect authentication credentials, and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorised access. Workspace owners are responsible for members they invite and the permissions they grant.

You must not use Seamward to:

• break the law or infringe another party's rights;
• submit secrets, raw sensitive payloads, or personal data that is not necessary for the configured reliability purpose;
• probe, disrupt, overload, bypass, or gain unauthorised access to the service or another workspace;
• introduce malware, harmful code, deceptive traffic, or fabricated evidence intended to mislead users;
• reverse engineer the service except where applicable law does not permit that restriction; or
• use the service to build or train a competing product from non-public Seamward materials.

You retain ownership of data you or your workspace submits. You grant Seamward a limited right to host, process, transmit, and display that data only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service in accordance with the Privacy Notice and any applicable commercial agreement.

You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit the data and to instruct Seamward to process it. You are responsible for configuring redaction and collection rules so that unnecessary payload values, credentials, and regulated information are not sent.

Connections such as GitHub are provided by third parties under their own terms. You authorise Seamward to exchange the information needed for the connection you enable. We are not responsible for a third party's service, availability, security, or changes, and you may disconnect a supported integration through the available controls.

Seamward and its licensors retain all rights in the service, software, documentation, branding, and non-customer materials. These terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your authorised access. No other rights are granted.

If you provide feedback, you allow Seamward to use it without restriction or payment, provided we do not identify you publicly without permission.

Early-access and beta features may be incomplete, change without notice, contain errors, or be withdrawn. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary. We will try to give advance notice of material changes that adversely affect active customers when practical.

Any paid plan, usage allowance, renewal, tax, support commitment, or service level is governed by the order, subscription, or other commercial terms presented when you purchase it. If those terms conflict with this page, the more specific commercial terms control.

Each party must use reasonable care to protect the other's confidential information and use it only for the service relationship. This does not cover information that is public without breach, independently developed, lawfully obtained without restriction, or required to be disclosed by law.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, security risk, unlawful use, non-payment, or where continued provision is no longer reasonably possible. Where appropriate, we will give notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue.

On termination, your right to use the service ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive will continue, including ownership, confidentiality, disclaimers, liability, and dispute terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, that every integration failure will be detected, or that a proposed repair is suitable for production. You must independently review, test, approve, and deploy any change.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to that, Seamward is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost revenue, loss of goodwill, or loss caused by a third-party service or by changes deployed without appropriate review.

Any additional liability limits or remedies in an applicable order or commercial agreement also apply.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory law gives you another right.

We may update these terms to reflect service, security, legal, or operational changes. We will update the date above and provide reasonable notice of material changes. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
